Zach Ipour
Co-Founder
Megatel Homes and MegPrime
Zach Ipour is Co-Founder of Megatel Homes, a full-service residential developer and builder operating across Texas and Oklahoma. Since launching the company with his brother in 2006, he has helped grow Megatel from a small renovation business into one of the largest privately held homebuilders in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. His experience navigating market cycles, housing demand and large-scale development has positioned him at the forefront of conversations around affordability and access in today’s housing market.
In addition to his work in homebuilding, Ipour is Co-Founder of MegPrime, a fintech platform powered by its digital currency, the MPP Token. Designed as a universal payments and rewards system, MegPrime enables users to earn incentives through everyday spending, from groceries and coffee to rent and mortgage payments, bringing digital assets into practical use. The platform reflects Ipour’s broader focus on leveraging innovation to address economic challenges facing modern households.
In his featured discussion, From Token to Title: Applying Cryptocurrency for Real Estate Opportunities, Ipour explores how these two worlds, real estate and digital finance, are beginning to intersect. Drawing on his perspective as both a builder and fintech entrepreneur, he will share how cryptocurrency and blockchain are moving beyond theory and into real estate transactions. Attendees will gain insight into emerging applications such as tokenized assets, crypto-backed purchases, and new payment models, as well as what these developments could mean for housing supply, affordability and access to capital in the years ahead.
Don’t miss Zach’s eye-opening presentation.
